It contributes to the regional integration of New Caledonia, French Polynesia and the Wallis and Futuna Islands.

The Pacific Fund is dedicated to regional cooperation actions with Pacific countries and organizations. They must not be bilateral projects. It supports other cooperation programmes, regional cooperation actions carried out by the French Pacific territories and even actions carried out by regional organisations in Oceania.
For 2019, are priorities:

- projects enabling French local authorities to be involved in the fight against climate change and the prevention of natural disaster risks.
- economic projects implementing the know-how of French local authorities or benefiting them and contributing to the strengthening of economic exchanges at regional level.
- projects contributing to food safety or food security.
The Pacific Fund call for projects is launched for the year 2019. The deadline for applications is 19 November 2018.
