The presence of two representatives (President of the CCEF NC and NCT&I) from New Caledonia was presented by APIBC underlining the importance of sharing and sharing economic experiences among the countries of the region.

During this conference, many contacts were made between NCT&I and the various Solomon Islands Ministry of Lands, Solomon Islands Chamber of Commerce and Industry- SICCI, Solomon Islands Port Authority, World bank Solomon Islands roads and aviation project, Solomon telekom, Housing and Survey, Solomon Airlines...).

All these initial contacts with Solomon Islands are aimed at creating a network and preparing as well as possible for a future mission in 2019.
